WSCHA Stallion Auction Bid Form
I have read and understand these bid guidelines. I understand that I am bidding on the stallion service only and that WSCHA assumes no further responsibilities after the sale of the stallion service in the auction. All further farm fees, chute fees, mare care, shipped semen fees, transportation, etc., are payable by the winning bidder and are the concern of the stallion owner and the winning bidder. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the breeding facility to determine any additional charges related to the breeding. All shipping costs outside of the continental US will be the responsibility of the bidder. I understand that I cannot retract a bid once it has been placed.

Payment may be made by check or money order or by Visa/MasterCard with a 10% surcharge. If the winning bidder fails to pay, the next highest bidder will be considered the winning bidder. Bids must be made in $50 increments. High bidder names and amount of bids will be updated on the website. Successful bidders will be notified by email on January 19, 2012. Starting bid is half the advertised breeding fee or $500. Successful bidder will be bound by the breeding contract specified by the stallion selected. Bidders agree to hold WSCHA, its employees, directors and members harmless from any and all liability including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, etc., in connection with this program. WSCHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

Submitting a bid indicates acceptance of the foregoing statements.
